Ed Parcaut, mortgage and veteran loans

A podcast that ships 3 episodes a week, on fixed days, with QA on every one

250+ episodes produced, 3 a week since 2025

Episodes go out every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, with social content every Monday. The host records; booking, QA and publishing run through me.

How I did it

The show had no standard publishing schedule and no dedicated quality check before episodes went live.

  • Set a fixed release timeline: episodes Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, social content Monday
  • Source guests through targeted outreach, vet them, then book and coordinate each appearance
  • Run QA on every video cut, audio polish, thumbnail, title and SEO metadata before an episode goes live
  • Handle SEO for each long-form episode and short-form clip on Libsyn, YouTube and social

A storefront QA checklist that cut revision rounds with the creative team

12 checks every storefront asset passes before handoff

Every product image and graphic passes the same checklist before the client sees it, and back-and-forth revision rounds with the creative team went down significantly.

How I did it
  • Wrote a 12-point QA checklist covering image quality, infographic copy, mobile readability and lifestyle context
  • Coordinated design work across the creative team and ran every storefront asset through the checklist
  • Was the client's main contact through onboarding, answering inquiries quickly

How working with me goes

Week one is about standardizing how the work moves before adding anything new.

  1. Review your workflows

I go through how work moves today and audit your existing content and assets.

  2. Channels and trackers

We agree on communication channels, and I set up clean project trackers everyone can read.

  3. Daily async updates

You get a status report every day, and every task lives on one dashboard you can check anytime.

EA

Hi, I'm Ela.

I started in 2018 designing talent cards, YouTube thumbnails and social posts in Canva. Then I ran a Shopee store end to end, and since 2022 I've managed projects, content and podcast production at Level 9 Virtual.

I studied Biology at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where I made the President's and Dean's lists, and I'm now studying Animal Science. I keep clients updated with daily async reports and one tracking dashboard, and I catch the small things before they go live: typos in graphic callouts, off-brand copy, broken metadata, layouts that fall apart on a phone.

Questions people ask before hiring me

Which hours do you work?

9 PM to 6 AM Manila time, Monday to Friday, which lines up with the US Eastern workday. The hours bar above shows them in your time zone. During those hours I usually reply within 10 to 15 minutes.

How do you keep my accounts and data safe?

I use LastPass for passwords and two-factor authentication on every account. I'm happy to sign an NDA or security agreement before we start.

What if your internet goes down?

I work on a 945 Mbps fiber line with a mobile hotspot as backup, so an outage doesn't take me offline.

Tell me about your show or project.

Send me what you're working on and where it's stuck. During my working hours I usually reply within 10 to 15 minutes.
